Return & Exchange Policy

At RAWMODE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

• Returns: For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

• Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

  • Local customers: Exchanges can be made in person for a smooth, hassle-free swap.

  • Non-local customers: We gladly accept exchanges by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll send out your new size.
